Forms Competitors:

A list of forms (open hand and weapons) which will be allowed for competition at the upcoming Region 4 Championship are listed below. Please make sure you understand which form you will be allowed to perform. Judges will also have this list available in the rings. Competitors will be reminded again at the staging area prior to going to their rings, but at that point it will be too late to practice the correct form.

Sparring Competitors:

Gups will be required to have sparring gear, mouth guard and males need a groin protector. Little Dragons will need their helmets only. Judges will be checking for all necessary equipment. A competitor will not be allowed to compete if he/she doesn't have all necessary equipment.

All competitors: Must have full white dobahk (uniform) and belt in order to compete.
